Young Women class presidencies in 2023 can do all things through Christ! This digital binder kit has so many tools to help young women and their leaders succeed in their callings, plan effective meetings, and execute plans for their activities.
This digital binder kit is EDITABLE, so it can easily be changed on the computer, and files can be emailed and shared between leaders when they collaborate. This flexibility will be super helpful when most church meetings are still happening remotely! They can also be printed out and put in a traditional binder for planning!
The download includes 34 pages of PDF files. Unlimited copies of every file included in this digital binder can be shared as needed for young women to use in their classes and presidency meetings. Sharing of these resources is limited to in-ward use. Files should not be redistributed to young women and leaders in other wards.

The BINDER SPINES fit a 1-inch binder and can be edited to include the names or callings of each presidency member.
The 2023 MONTHLY CALENDAR includes a page for each month. You can add text to every single box, so no activities or announcements will be forgotten! The 2023 CALENDAR ON ONE PAGE is helpful for seeing all the dates in one place.
The MONTHLY MEETING AGENDA includes a page for each month. The agenda sheet includes topics of discussion for a presidency meeting that can be edited to meet the needs of each presidency and space for writing or typing notes and assignments during the meeting.
The ACTIVITY PLANNING SHEET includes space for making assignments and creating plans for specific activities.
The YEAR-AT-A-GLANCE ACTIVITY PLANNER and BIRTHDAY TRACKER pages list each month of the year, and have space to include names or major activities in each month and allow you to have a year’s glance.
The PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS SHEET has each of the four focus areas, with places to write big-picture goals and then create actionable plans in each area.
THE SIGN UP SHEET is great to use for any activities – print it out, or use an iPad to allow volunteers to type in each field.
