These files are all EDITABLE. Add details specific to your ward to calendars, agendas, and more.
The 2020 Young Women class presidency binder kit includes over 30 pages of PDF files. Unlimited copies of every printable included in this package can be made as needed for young women to use in their classes and presidency meetings. Sharing of these resources in limited to in-ward use. Files should not be redistributed to young women and leaders in other wards.
CONTENTS:
The BINDER COVERS include the 2020 Youth Theme “Go and DO” and can be edited to include the names or callings of all the presidency members. Also included are editable spine inserts that fit a 1-inch binder.
The 2020 CALENDAR includes a page for each month. You can add text to every single box, so no activities or announcements will be forgotten!
The 2020 LESSON SCHEDULE includes 2 months on each page, with spaces for planning the lesson topics and assigned teachers for each Young Women class.
The PRESIDENCY MEETING AGENDA includes a page for each month. Agenda sheet includes topics of discussion for a presidency meeting and space for writing notes and assignments during the meeting.
The ACTIVITY PLANNING SHEET includes guidelines to follow in planning activities, and space for making assignments and creating plans for specific activities.
The YEAR OF ACTIVITIES and BIRTHDAY LIST pages list each month of the year, and have space to include names or major activities in each month and allows you to have a year’s glance.
